Ride of Silence - Boston

The Ride of Silence honors cyclists killed in crashes with motor vehicles. This ride is a silent procession, 10-12 mph, starting at Boston City Hall and then proceeding through the Back Bay to Kenmore Square and returning. The Ride of Silence is sponsored by the Charles River Wheelmen which is once again providing event T-Shirts, and we are very grateful for the support of the BPD Bike Unit, crucial first responders who assist us with safety. Ride colors are White and Yellow with black trim. For insurance reasons helmets are required. Please join us in making the important request of all road users, but especially drivers of cars, busses and trucks, "Please share the road, and pay attention." Thank you.
